A “Home from Home” awaits you in the town of Alba
In 2001 restoration of the old farmhouse restaurant ‘La Capannina’ was completed and Hotel Langhe came into being. ‘La Capannina’ had been a landmark venue for the people of Alba and tourists alike for over 50 years. Here, Alba white truffles were served in the same baskets as the bread and bread sticks and every guest diner could just help themselves. At the end of the meal you played ‘bocce’ and drank the sulphur water.
‘La Capannina’ restaurant was owned by the Gallina family and now the nephew, Nico, continues in the family tradition by bringing his own unique gift of hospitality, warmth, humour and care to all his guests at Hotel Langhe.
As you can now see, this hotel guarantees a warm welcome and a haven to relax and feel totally ‘at home’ plus the staff who all love this area, will happily recommend restaurants, activities, tastings, wine-cellar visits... or just enjoy a chat with you.
